We are thrilled to share the news that our lab has received funding from the Israel Science Foundation for a 5-year grant looking at the the multiplicity of "I's" or self-states - a study bringing together our interest in within-person change processes and in clinical and personality models (like schema therapy) which offer a framework for mapping out distinct self-states - or "modes". This project will include 3 major studies, exploring within- and between-person parameters of mode profile and mode network models, as well by identifying different modes characteristics. Moreover, the study will help demonstrate the association between self-reported and observed modes and will examine changes in mode profile and mode network models that may occur during and following therapy.
