We just received the delightful news that our Binational Science Foundation grant, submitted with our good friend and colleague Marci Gleason from the Univ. of Texas at Austin, was awarded. This project, which grew out of Rony Pshedetzky's dissertation proposal, will allow us to examine the changing support processes occurring as couples transition into parenthood. It will use multiple methods (daily diaries, psychophysiology, endocrine, and longitudinal followup), and will be a major undertaking for the lab in the next few years.
